- 1 slice sourdough bread (50 g)
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 small peach, thinly sliced
- 25 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
- ½ tsp black & white sesame seeds
- Pinch of sea salt & pepper
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
- Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado onto the warm toast.
- Arrange peach slices on top.
