Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread (50 g)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 small peach, thinly sliced
  • 25 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • ½ tsp black & white sesame seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt & pepper
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
  2. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado onto the warm toast.
  4. Arrange peach slices on top.
  5. Add crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and fresh basil.
  7. Drizzle olive oil or balsamic glaze if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
