Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add banana, peanut butter, yogurt (or protein), and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice if a thicker texture is desired and blend again.
