Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for waffle maker)
  • Optional: berries, yogurt, nut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker and lightly brush with coconut oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg, milk, and cinnamon.
  3. Add oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook 3–4 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve with berries, yogurt, or nut butter.
