Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil (for waffle maker)
- Optional: berries, yogurt, nut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker and lightly brush with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, whisk egg, milk, and cinnamon.
- Add oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
